Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently offer delivery within India, subject to the serviceability of the delivery address.

Certain remote, restricted or non-serviceable locations may not be eligible for delivery.

Orders are normally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

After dispatch, orders are normally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier serviceability.

Remote or difficult-to-service locations may require additional time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the customer completes payment.

If Divya Dhenu offers free shipping above a specified order value, the applicable threshold will be clearly displayed on the website.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared with the customer through the registered mobile number, email, WhatsApp or another available communication channel.

Tracking availability depends on the logistics partner.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code and active contact number.

Divya Dhenu will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery or return-to-origin caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, the customer refuses the shipment or repeated delivery attempts fail, the order may be returned to Divya Dhenu.

Any re-shipping or additional charges, where applicable, may be communicated to the customer before re-dispatch.

Delivery may be delayed due to courier or logistics issues, adverse weather, festivals, strikes, natural events, government restrictions, technical issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking delayed shipments.

If a package appears damaged, leaking or tampered with at the time of delivery, the customer should contact Divya Dhenu as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of delivery.

The customer may be asked to provide the Order ID and clear photographs or video of the outer package and product.

International shipping is currently not available unless specifically stated on the website.
